Terms & Conditions — 22det
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 22det platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, and account features. By registering or continuing to use 22det, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 22det ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of any 22det service — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and card games — is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Section 1
Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following definitions apply throughout. Defined terms appear with an initial capital letter when used in their defined sense.
- "22det" / "the Platform"
- The online gaming and sports betting platform operated at https://22det.vip, including all sub-pages, services, mobile web interfaces, and any application made available by 22det for use by registered players.
- "Player" / "User" / "Account Holder"
- Any natural person who has completed the 22det registration process, been issued a unique account, and been granted access to the Platform's services. Players must be natural persons; corporate registrations are not permitted.
- "Account"
- The individual, non-transferable user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the 22det registration process. Each Player may hold only one Account at any given time.
- "Balance" / "Account Balance"
- The total funds held in a Player's 22det Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT), comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
- "Bonus Funds"
- Any funds credited to a Player's Account by 22det as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, or other incentive programme. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements and are governed by the specific bonus terms applicable at the time of issue.
- "Wagering Requirement"
- The total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount and/or deposit amount, as specified in the applicable promotion.
- "Services"

- "BDT" / "৳"
- Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency accepted by 22det for all deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on the Platform.
- "KYC"
- Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 22det before a Player is permitted to withdraw funds. KYC requires submission of a valid National Identity Document (NID) or Passport.
- "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST"

Key Principles of Interpretation
- References to "includes" or "including" are not exhaustive and do not limit the generality of preceding words.
- Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
- Where a provision requires an action "immediately", it means without unreasonable delay.
- References to "writing" include electronic communication via the Platform's verified contact channels.
- Singular forms include the plural and vice versa where the context permits.
- Any reference to "days" means calendar days in Bangladesh Standard Time unless stated otherwise.
Section 2
Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement. To register a 22det Account , you must be at least 18 years of age. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 22det reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an Account pending age verification. Players who provide false information regarding their age will have their Accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. 22det is operated for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you access 22det from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and responsibility. 22det makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available in locations outside of Bangladesh.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual Player may hold only one registered Account on the 22det Platform at any time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary Accounts — whether under your own name, under a different name, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where 22det identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, all such Accounts may be closed without notice and any balances may be voided.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number registered with your bKash, Nagad, or other nominated payment method. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Account Verification (KYC). 22det operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Withdrawal access will not be granted until a Player has submitted satisfactory identity documentation. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid Bangladeshi Passport. 22det may request additional documentation at any time for enhanced due diligence purposes, including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.
2.6 No Corporate Accounts. Accounts may only be held by natural persons. Registrations made in the name of a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity are not permitted and will be closed upon identification.

Warning: Providing false age or identity information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms. Winnings accrued on Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and may be forfeited in full.
Section 3
Account Obligations and Security
3.1 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 22det Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party under any circumstances. 22det will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 22det support immediately via live chat.
3.2 Account Responsibility. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. 22det is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or have shared them with a third party.
3.3 Accurate Contact Information. You must maintain accurate and current contact information on your Account at all times. This includes your email address and the mobile number associated with your nominated payment method. Failure to keep contact details updated may result in delays to support, verification, or withdrawal processing.
3.4 Personal Use Only. Your 22det Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, place bets or wagers on your behalf, or conduct any transaction using your Account credentials. Accounts found to be operated by multiple individuals or used for any commercial purpose will be closed.
3.5 Self-Exclusion Responsibility. If you have previously requested a self-exclusion from 22det and subsequently attempt to re-register or circumvent your exclusion, any Account opened in violation of your self-exclusion will be closed immediately. Winnings accrued on such Accounts will not be paid. 22det strongly encourages Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties to make use of the self-exclusion tools available at Responsible Gaming.

Use a unique, strong password for your 22det Account that you do not use on any other platform or service.
Secure Your Device

Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 22det accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and domestic bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always available on the Platform.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 22det reserves the right to apply limits on a per-account basis for security or compliance reasons.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to a Player's Account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. 22det is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or telecommunications networks.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification. 4.5 Withdrawal to Original Method. 22det applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. Where multiple deposit methods have been used, withdrawals will be allocated proportionally or at 22det's reasonable discretion in line with this policy.
4.6 Own Funds Requirement. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, unauthorised use of a payment account, or any other illegal means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities. 22det reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious.
4.7 No Third-Party Payments. 22det does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Payments made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business partners — are not permitted and will be returned where possible, minus any processing fees incurred.

Section 5
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, 22det makes promotional offers available to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time it is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. 22det strongly recommends that Players read all bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotional offer.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once. Multiple Account holders attempting to claim the same promotion across several Accounts will have all Bonus Funds voided and may have their Accounts closed for misuse.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to check the validity period of any bonus before accepting it.
5.5 Abuse of Promotions. 22det reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or any strategy that 22det deems to be exploitative of the promotional structure. Determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with 22det and will be applied consistently and fairly.
5.6 Right to Withdraw Offers. 22det reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, except where a Player has already opted in and fulfilled all qualifying criteria before any such change takes effect.
Section 6
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Integrity. Bets that have been confirmed and assigned a reference number are binding on both the Player and 22det, subject to the applicable market rules.
6.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: (a) the event to which it relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable rescheduling window; (b) a technical error caused the incorrect odds or game parameters to be displayed at the time of placement; (c) the bet was placed in a manner that violated these Terms or the applicable market rules. Void bets result in a full return of the stake to the Player's Account Balance.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on 22det. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. 22det reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion.
6.6 Disconnection Policy. 22det is not responsible for any loss suffered as a result of interruption to your internet connection, device failure, or power outage during a game session or betting event. Game round results are recorded on 22det's servers; in the event of a disconnection, the game round result as recorded server-side is final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention
Zero Tolerance Policy: 22det operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, manipulation, money laundering, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform or the fairness of its games. Violations may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22det Platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain any unfair advantage.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of real-world sporting events on which bets have been placed.
- Using the Platform to launder money, process the proceeds of criminal activity, or conduct any transaction that may constitute an offence under applicable law.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are not payable and will be voided.
- Opening or operating multiple Accounts simultaneously.
- Providing false identity information, submitting forged documentation, or impersonating another individual during KYC or at any other point.
- Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name or using funds obtained through fraud or unauthorised transactions.
- Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy server, or other technology designed to mask your true geographic location, in a manner intended to circumvent applicable restrictions.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward 22det staff or other Players.
7.2 Detection and Enforcement. 22det employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 22det may: suspend or permanently close the Account; void all or part of the Account Balance; withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation; report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your 22det Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before your Account is closed, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
8.2 Closure by 22det. 22det reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested; (c) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (d) receipt of a valid law enforcement request; (e) the Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 months and the Balance is zero.
8.3 Inactive Account Policy. An Account is considered inactive where there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 22det will send a notification to the registered email address before applying any inactivity measures. Accounts with a zero Balance that remain inactive for more than 12 months following notification may be closed at 22det's discretion.
8.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the Responsible Gaming tools available on the Platform or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure are available. For full details, refer to the Responsible Gaming page.
8.5 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, you will lose access to all Platform Services. Any Bonus Funds or incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure, regardless of the reason for closure. Real-money Balances subject to a withdrawal hold pending investigation will not be released until the investigation is concluded.
Section 9
Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in and to the 22det Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, source code, trademarks, logos, and brand elements — are owned by or licensed to 22det. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to the Platform's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to access and use the Platform as a registered Player in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Where 22det is found liable to a Player for any reason, 22det's total aggregate liability in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome of engaging with the Platform's Services. 22det does not accept any liability for financial losses suffered in the course of legitimate gaming activity conducted in accordance with these Terms.
10.5 Force Majeure. 22det shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Section 11
Amendments to These Terms
11.1 Right to Amend. 22det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for reasons including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to Platform features or Services, changes to payment processing arrangements, or corrections of typographical or factual errors.
11.2 Notification of Changes. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 22det will notify registered Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Player's Account. The date on which amended Terms take effect will be clearly stated.
11.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 8.
11.4 Version History. The version of the Terms that was in effect at the time of any disputed event or transaction is the version that applies to the resolution of that dispute. Players are encouraged to retain a copy of these Terms for their records.
Section 12
Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 22det operates. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the 22det Platform, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance via live chat. 22det aims to resolve all Player disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint. 12.3 Formal Complaints. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal support channels, you may escalate your complaint in writing to [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, the relevant dates and transaction references, and any supporting documentation. 22det will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.
12.4 Finality of Gaming Results. In any dispute regarding the outcome of a game round, the data recorded on 22det's game servers shall be the definitive record. Where a discrepancy exists between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded server-side, the server-side record shall prevail. This provision does not affect your right to raise a formal complaint under clause 12.3.
12.5 No Waiver. Failure by 22det to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a specific breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
12.6 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the greatest extent permitted by law.
12.7 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 22det with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
